Nonen is an airbender who rejected the teachings of his people. Antisocial, abrasive, and perpetually sleep-deprived, Nonen leads an organization known as The Order of the Black Lotus. Its members eschew philosophy and refuse the pursuit of enlightenment, striving instead to provide material aid to those who are suffering. A near-death experience left Nonen with the ability to project his consciousness outside his body. This talent makes him the perfect spy, but at great personal cost.
